PETRONAS #tanahairku Street Art Episode 2: The Inspiration

#tanahairku Street Art is an extension of PETRONAS’ Merdeka and Malaysia Day campaign. Inspired by the late Usman Awang’s famous poem titled Tanah Air, PETRONAS embarked on a collaboration with 14 street artists to develop and install six new artworks across Kuala Lumpur. The project employs the universal language of art to invite 30 million Malaysians to come together, draw from our strength in diversity and unite towards a common purpose.
