Stretching for Calves, Hamstrings, Posterior Chain, Sciatica. Flexibility Exercise for Ankles & Legs

This exercise is called “Standing Calf Stretch,“ and it’s an excellent stretch for calves, hamstrings, and the whole posterior chain. Calves are really important muscles to stretch if you want a better level of flexibility since they influence the movement of the ankles and that of the knees.
