Kettlebell training for the whole body. Percussion complex with a kettlebell. The complex includes: 1. Lifting the kettlebell up - 25 for each hand; 2. Turnover of kettlebell - 30; 3. Kettlebell swing - 25 for each hand; 4. Lifting weights from a squat - 25; 5. Kettlebell swing - 25; 6. Kettlebell wrestling snatch - 30; 7. Kettlebell lift - 25 per arm. We do 2 circles. Rest between exercises - 30 seconds. Rest between circles - 2 minutes.
