Alien 1979 Nostromo built from scratch. Since Alien came out in 1979, it has been my favorite Sci-Fi movie to this day. I have always considered the Nostromo one of the most mysterious and awesome ships in Science Fiction films. As a kid I never could own the Nostromo and now it’s very expensive and difficult to find. 40 years later, I decided to build my version from scratch. It took a whole year. I worked on it only when I had free time, but documented when I could. This is a photo-montage of the project at 5 second frames. My very first video ever.
