Ofra Haza - Yemenite Songs (1985, Full Album)

Ofra Haza’s “Yemenite Songs ( שירי תימן‎)“ was released in 1984 by Globe Style Records (UK), with the album focusing on the Israeli pop star’s interpretation of traditional Yemenite Jewish music. The lyrics of the Yemenite songs of the Diwan draw from the devotional poetry of 16th century Rabbi Shalom Shabazi and are sung in Hebrew, Aramaic and Arabic.
