𓆏 Sketchbook Tour 2021 : My Art Style 𓆟

Welcome to a very (VERY) brief tour of my current sketchbook for this year. My goal is to have this 160 sheet sketchbook filled by the end of the year, but I’m currently just shy of halfway through (having started in mid-January and it now being March) so fingers crossed I’ll reach that goal very soon! I’ve been drawing in this sketchbook just about every day, scribbling whatever comes to my mind with absolutely zero expectations for the end results and really working out what sort of mark making, subjects and stylistic choices come naturally for me - this year I really want to realise my full stylistic potential and stop symbol drawing whatever is the instagram flavour of the month and create artwork just for myself. Even though the video is really short I hope you enjoy it! I will have a tour of all 7 (8?) sketchbooks I completed in 2020 and discuss whether or not I reached my goals for that year, my artistic journey and I’ll touch upon artistic styles. Have a good one&
