Welcome to your quick and effective morning yoga flow for dancers. I want to share with you some of my favorite exercises to wake up the body and mind, and to start the day in the most beautiful way. I’ve been practicing yoga since i was 16 years old, loving the journey and the way it helps me keeping my body and mind balanced, strong and healthy, especially in periods of intense work. Being a dancer is fun but is also hard work, yoga is the best way to release, stretch and strengthen the muscles while recharging, relaxing and healing from the inside out.
