Janko fell asleep under poplar tree (Serb traditional song from Kosovo & Metohija)

Serb song from Kosovo and Metohija. This is a funeral song from Kosovo and Metohija (Kosmet). It’s about a young woman looking at her dead husband, Janko, who just died in war. These are the scenes from NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999 during the fight against Albanian terrorist organization, and later on we see scenes of desecration of Serbian Orthodox churhes in 2004’s pogrom of Serbs on Kosovo and Metohija which happened because Serbia was forced by NATO to retreat from Kosmet.
