Putin regrets strained relations with S. Korea, saying he is ready to improve them

푸틴 “러•한 관계 회복은 한국에 달려 러시아는 준비돼“ Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed regrets over souring relations with South Korea, saying that future relations depend on Seoul. At a Kremlin ceremony Putin said relations between South Korea and Russia are “unfortunately going through not the best period“, adding that he was “ready to improve“ them. It was a ceremony where Putin swore in some two dozen new ambassadors, including Lee Do-hoon from South Korea and those from Britain and Germany.
