It’s been a long time, and if you haven’t heard, I am 6.5 months pregnant. I hope you thoroughly enjoy this full body toning Pilates workout, whether or not your pregnant too! I’m using 1lb Bala Bangles, but you can totally go with regular hand weights, or no weights at all. Let me know if you have any questions or requests for upcoming videos. Hope you don’t mind they’ll all be prenatal safe until January! haha Crazy how we’re already in the last week of the second trimester.
