B6N Tenzan torpedo bomber shot down by USS Yorktown (CV-10) off Kwajalein Atoll on December 4th 1943

There is a rather well known still image from this scene that is also featured in the B6N Wikipedia article ( ) that describes the aircraft as having taken a direct hit from a 5 inch anti-aircraft shell, however when slowed down the footage suggests it was multiple 20mm cannon shell impacts that cause the wing to come off:
