Ricky Jones and Nick Lowles are both walking free, despite their actions during the riots

Following the death of Peter Lynch, who was in prison for using the wrong words, we look at two other men, who are walking the streets this morning. These are men who made inflammatory comments of the worst kind during the riots a few months ago.
