Melissa Bauer

From her first day as reconsideration supervisor in the Legislation, Litigation and Appeals branch, Melissa Bauer has presented and implemented a compelling vision. Melissa’s goal is that her team will succeed in meeting its legislated requirements, and will do so while preserving administrative fairness for ministry clients, and working collaboratively and respectfully with all ministry counterparts. Melissa has led the Reconsideration Unit out of the doldrums of disengagement and low legislative compliance, to an all-time high level of staff satisfaction, a BC Public Service Top Work Unit award and near-100 per cent compliance with legislative requirements.
