Lenka Badriyah - Once Upon a Windmill - Golden Era Dance (with references to Naima Akef)

Golden Era dance clip (with video references) inspired by my beloved legendary Egyptian dancer Naima Akef and the gorgeous region where I spent my childhood - Novojičínsko (The Czech Republic). Inspiration In this clip, I have been inspired by two dance/movie scenes by Naima Akef: 1) her song about the Netherlands from the movie Forejat: I have recreated a part of her dance and moulded it into my own storytelling. You can see parts of the original clip with Naima in the right corner of the video. 2) her fabulous dance from the movie Ahebbak Ya Hassan which I refer to in the “dreamy“ section and which I recreated in the colour part of the clip. The part that is recreated follows the same camera angles and shots as in the original clip, as you can see in the video reference in the right corner.
