Balance takes time but when you’ve spent some time on a single point, leave it for a while and then come back to it, it will magically just start to work. It sounds funny, but it works. Set a timer for 1 minute on each point and do it daily and you’ll see an improvement within a week. Please comment on the video so we can stay in touch with your progress.
