2020 has been a crazy year, and although in many places the overwhelming fear that had spread around the globe has begun to dissipate, a new challenge begins to present itself. As isolation has led to frustration, which inevitable has led to anger. Blinding us to the many victories that we should cherish. A mighty foe has presented itself to the world, and humanity has once again stood together to take on the challenge. We have seen so many acts of people standing together and doing the right thing, Fathers, Mothers, Daughters and Sons, putting their lives at risk to help as many people as they could as frontline workers. Some of these have become fallen warriors in this war. These people showed us the power of the human spirit, too do what needed to be done to done to protect our fellow people. Today so much negativity is filling every part of our lives, while you stay at home, remember to focus on the good in the world, the victories we are winning every single day, and that, no matter what happens, we will fight on. All around the globe, countless people are showing us the best humanity has to offer. This provides us with an opportunity, an opportunity to reflect on ourselves. “Do we have that same spirit in us? Am I really the thoughtful, caring person that I think that I am, or is it just what I tell myself?” While reflecting with this music, examine the person you were before all of this. How did you spend your time, what did consume so much time worrying about, what was important to you, who did you love, who loved you?
