If you want to create a one dumbbell full body HIIT workout using these moves, I suggest choosing between 6-10 of your favourites to put in a circuit. Complete 3 Rounds of 30 seconds work with a 10-15 second rest between exercises and a 1 minute rest between rounds of the circuit.
