The woman passes a ladle of soup for one of the men to taste; he has a pointy moustache, a golden earring and a woven scarf around his head; he waggles his head around to say the soup is OK (I think!). C/U of a hand-written sign saying ’Madame Vera - Fortunes’. M/S as a lady and man in evening clothes enter Madame Vera’s tent; Madame Vera waits in headscarf and gypsy clothes before her crystal ball. The man walks on as the lady sits opposite Madame Vera and giggles as her fortune is told; good news presumably. Commentator tells us the Gypsies were at London’s Mount Royal Hotel for a party featuring the gypsy.
