First short course of chief secretaries of city and county committees of WPK opens The first short course of chief secretaries of the city and county committees of the Workers’ Party of Korea was held at the conference hall of the headquarters of the Central Committee of the WPK on March 3 when a grand struggle is being waged to make an overall development of socialism of Korean style along the road of victory indicated by the ever-victorious Party.
