Kadhi bari or Bari kadhi is a vegetarian dish. This vegetarian dish is popular in Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh of India and in parts of Nepal. The dish is made from Gram flour, Dahi and the addition of spices. The Bari is made from paste of besan in a dumpling, which is later deep fried in oil and Kadhi is made from mixing dahi, gram flour and spices. Kadhi Badi Recipe is one of the most loved dish.
