Hey everyone! It’s time to go back in time and take on an amazing theme from the Sega Genesis. This one is entitled PLAYER PHASE 1 from the strategy game WARSONG! This arrangement honestly exceeded my goals and hopes for it 100x. I knew this theme was banging already but I felt like translating it to metal just injected it with so much epicness and energy. I wasn’t expecting THAT much of an awesome transformation and I’m so happy with it. The actual recording process for this beast of a theme was quite something! Some of these melodies really challenged me to step up my game and focus on playing super tight and defined. I love when a theme will challenge me to improve my technique on the guitar and I felt like I came out of this arrangement a better player.
