Swedish Meatballs #shorts

A classic that just had to be done 🔥 Meatball recipe was an adaptation from @niklasekstedt , using 50/50 beef and pork with soaked breadcrumbs and spices. Lingonberry jam was simply lingonberries, sugar, water and a pinch of salt, reduced until the right thickness. Served with buttery mash and a sauce pan gravy (meat juices, flour, stock and cream).
