Strength Training for High School Volleyball Athletes | 4 Exercise Workout

One of the major problems in youth volleyball is the amount volleyball athletes play relative to how to how much strength training they do. Volleyball is a high impact sport and if you are weak you are at much higher risk to get injured and also your performance will suffer. With the help of AU Academy Founders and aspiring beach volleyball olympians Alex Poletto and Sophie Bukovec we have assembled an amazing 4 exercise strength focused workout that is intended for the High School aged athlete. This is a minimal equipment workout using only a bench/box and a resistance band. I also give you regressions and progressions to the exercises so that athletes at all levels on the team can be appropriately challenged. 4 Exercise Workout 1.
