Personal trainers do the MOST 😳

My diet isn’t restrictive, i eat whenever I’m hungry and i make sure 70-80% of the time it’s healthy. I don’t drink juices, alcohol, or any sodas. I personally don’t like them. Water for me always. The other 20% of the time (once or twice a week) I do have a cheat meal. I don’t hold back on treating myself to some chocolates, or pizza or other foods like Swallow, Jollof, etc. I’m about balance and sustainability!
