Robotised Autoclave Tray Loading / Unloading with pouches

Our robotised retort tray loading and unloading line handles 80 pouches per minute. The pouches come out of the filler onto a conveyor and are put in line. The LR Mate Fanuc robot picks up a line of pouches and deposites them onto a conveyor to create a layer of product. The R2000 Fanuc robot pick up the whole layer of pouches with suction cups and deposites the layer onto a retort tray. Simultaneously, the robot picks up the retort tray to stack it with others onto a base frame. Once the stack is finished, the operator presses a button for the stack to be placed onto a trolley to be brought to the autoclave. Meanwhile, the other R2000 Fanuc robot unstacks the retort trays coming out of the autoclave after pasteurisation. The robot picks up the product, deposites it onto a conveyor which separates each line of product to bring it to a dryer. The robot picks up the empty retort tray tilts it in order to empty any remaining product, and deposites the tray onto a conveyor for it to be refilled with non-retorted product.
