BRICS+ plenary session held during Summit in Kazan

Russian President Vladimir Putin is hosting the plenary session of Outreach/BRICS Plus format at the summit in Kazan. More than 20 world leaders and over 30 delegations have arrived in the capital of Tatarstan to take part in the summit.
