Coraline (Live) Maneskin @Måneskin Official at The Fillmore in Detroit, MI (11-18-2022) Maneskin was on my radar at the end of 2021, with Zitti E Buoni and Beggin. And after seeing their January 2022 SNL set, I started looking through YouTube for more and came across a live performance of Coraline. I was hooked. Damiano expresses himself in a way that transcends language in this song. I never looked up the translation until right before this concert after I’d listened to the song for almost a year. And when I read the lyrics in English it confirmed I already knew their meaning. The performance Friday night in Detroit was beautiful and powerful and echoes in my heart. Damiano’s voice could hold back a tide but instead he drenches us. Combined with the talents of Ethan, Thomas, and Victoria, the song is captivating and pure rock and roll.
