‘Arms embargo now’: Protests held in US cities against support for Israel

Protesters gathered in US cities, including Los Angeles, New York and Washington, DC, on Tuesday to demonstrate against US support for Israel in the face of its mounting aggression in Gaza and Lebanon. Antiwar activists – chanting slogans including “Hands off the Middle East” “Hands off Lebanon” and “Free Palestine” – demanded an arms embargo against the US ally.
