You will love this class if you are looking for a challenge! This class will work your entire body, which starts right away in Toes Pose. After establishing a connection to the breath, you will have the opportunity to warm up the spine and core in cat/cow and spinal balance while stretching the legs and quads in swan pose. After stretching in tall mountain and forward fold, get right to work in chair pose and chair pose variations. Throughout class you will be given opportunities to stretch and strengthen the front and back of the body in spine strengtheners like cobra and locust, with variations as well as a multitude of planks and boat pose. Not only will you practice many chaturangas as you move through your series, but you will get the chance to strengthen the arms in wide armed push ups and double chaturangas as well as one legged chaturangas.
