USA. They rammed car into 7 eleven & Telegraph & Parker in #Berkeley when it was closed at 3:15 a.m. & made off w/$8K in cigarettes. Berkeley police investigating. Honestly, businesses like this need to install vehicle bollards in front of their store fronts, to help mitigate this type of crime. Low hanging fruit for the crooks in Berkeley & Oakland..
