Bolin Surf Strut Bobby Berge on drums. Recorded in the vacant 2nd story office space on Pearl Street that I persuaded the local Ford dealer, Big Bill Arnold, to let us use as a rehearsal room. Audio recorded by Wyndham Hannaway on a Nagra field recorder during summer 1970 as we prepared material for our second album, which at this time was unnamed and was to be released on ABC Records. The tune is a spontaneous jam, one of many we recorded as we tried different approaches to creating music for the record. Greg Hampton gave it the name when he selected it for a bonus track to be included in the remastered GOING BACK TO COLORADO project. Sounds to me as though Tommy instigated it.
