Starbase Klang Drive

I was trying to make a 4 way Coolant Cells automatic roto/slide reloader... but nada! Now imagine that this works that we have 3 Cell symmetric charger for Cells... Autonomous Cooling system for military ships - as radiators are sensitive way too much for combat. We should have this in Starbase imo - Automating manual labor is the way!
