MIRANDESE LANGUAGE

Welcome to my channel! This is Andy from I love languages. Let’s learn different languages/dialects together. Special Thanks to MdMV The Mirandese language is a language known by about 15k people and spoken daily by about 1500 people. It has 3 main dialects, all three spoken in the “Tierra de Miranda“, officially, the “Munecípio de Miranda de I Douro“ in Portugal. The dialects are: Border Mirandese or Raiano to the north, Central in the center, and Sendinés in the south. The language belongs to the Astur-Leonese language family and it separated from old Astur-Leonese in the late 13th century, it became co-official in Portugal in 1999. Please feel free to subscribe to see more of this. I hope you have a great day! Stay happy! Please support me on Patreon!
