Another song from the 1938 film ’SWEETHEARTS’ and another great tune from Victor Herbert. His stage show ’Sweethearts’ was first performed in 1913 and proved a big hit. The 1938 film showcased the MacDonald/Eddy partnership. Both were in fine voice and MacDonald showed there was more to her than just a voice by demonstrating her talent for comedy and dancing.
