This is a moderate pace Standing Abs Cardio Workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection all while burning calories. I want you to really focus on feeling the movements in your core! We have 30 moves for 30 seconds of effort and 10 seconds transition. Half way through we will take a break and add 1-2 lb. hand weights (optional). This slight increase does help to level up the workout and add a little toning to the arms. I wouldn’t go any heavier as it can result in overuse injury in the shoulders.
