Harrison McIntosh, one of America’s most respected ceramists, has been creating his distinctive art for 50 years. In this video, which provides an overview of his work, McIntosh is presented in his California home and studio. The documentary follows the internationally recognized artist through the creative process, from a quiet search for inspiration in the harmony between nature and the human soul, to a careful balancing of sensuality and control, and the resulting strength and beauty in form and surface.
