Toddler Strapped to Car Seat Falls Out of Moving Vehicle

A toddler strapped in a car seat fell out of a moving vehicle in Minnesota after the car’s rear door somehow opened up. Video of the incident in Mankato was shot by truck driver Chad Mock and posted on Facebook. Mock stopped his truck, ran out and tried to flag down the gray car before it disappeared into the distance. He then checked to see if the child was OK. The child was unharmed and the mother now faces possible charges.
