Dear All, This video shows an complex and precision insert molding tools made by Hoshi Tool. We did 248pcs inserts for this 8-cavity insert mold, the smallest insert is the same size as toothpick. The tool maker take 3 weeks on the detail finger fitting work. But luckily is that, we successfully approve the pressing force testing, all the 8-cavity insert could meet more than 10N to insert the small pins provided by customer!
