Urd is is the first single of Durangir’s upcoming album. It poses the question of how one deals with the reality that one day, life is going to end. Drawing inspiration from Stoicism, as well as Norse mythology, Urd is a reflection on the artist’s personal anxiety and fears rooted in childhood. It shows that no matter the culture, beliefs, religion, or where we happen to find ourselves on the historical timeline, death is the one thing, which we all have in common. The only thing different is the attitude with which we approach this reality.
