[BANGKOK] Navaratri-Dussehra 2023 “Navaratri At Sri Maha Mariamman Temple“| Silom |Thailand [4K HDR] - YouTube

Bangkok’s largest Hindu event, Navaratri (nine nights in Sanskrit) is the annual nine-night religious festival where devotees gather up at Sri Maha Mariamman Temple to worship nine forms of Hindu god Uma Devi. The peak days are the last two days where there’s a parade of Hindu priests and statues along Sathorn and Silom roads, joined by local Hindus, enthusiasts, and tourists. Every year, thousands of worshipers gather around the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Bangkok to celebrate the Hindu Navaratri Festival to worship nine forms of the Hindu God Uma Devi. It is striking to see the mostly Buddhist Thais make this Hindu festival their own, distinctly Thai touches. Most notable to me were the entranced and screaming devotees that could be seen everywhere. ROUTE MAP: 📺Subscribe To My Channel 🕰SCHEDU
