Using AKVIS Refocus to Selectively Sharpen and Blur Parts of a Photo
In this tutorial AKVIS Refocus is used to add an artistic effect to an otherwise in focus photo of a lost little girl. Even if a photo is sharp enough, you can do something creative with Refocus.
