Combined Phacoemulsification and Descemet’s Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK)

72 year old male with history of worsening blurry vision and glare found to have 3 confluent guttae on slit lamp examination and 2 nuclear sclerosis. He was diagnosed with Fuch’s endothelial dystrophy and cataract and deemed a good candidate for combined surgery.
