How to make Gojo’s favorite Kikufuku Mochi! Ingredients: Edamame Balls: 400g Edamame, 3Tbsp water, 1/4cup sugar Cream Filling: 1cupHeavy Cream, 1Tbsp Powdered Sugar Mochi: 1cup Shiratamako, 1cup water, 1/4cup sugar, cornstarch Recipe: Boil 400g of edamame and remove outer shell inner shell. Blend edamame into a paste and add (a little water) Cook on low heat, add 1/4cup sugar and let water evaporate. Refrigerate after. Cream filling: whisk together 1 cup heavy cream 1cup powdered sugar, Mochi: Mix 1 cup of Shiratamako and 1 cup of water. Add 1/4cup sugar. Microwave for 1 minute, take out and mix. Repeat this step 3-4 times until it is a mochi like consistency. Dust cornstarch on the tabletop and place the sticky mochi on top. Cover the mochi in cornstarch to make it less sticky.
