Fighting Hairless Chimpanzees

Jambo who has alopecia, a form of hair loss was born on the 9th June 1982. He has a daughter named Genet. A brown chimp with a bald back. His mum is Coco was born in 1965. Coco’s offspring are Jambo and his half-sister Charlotte. She was born on 28 Sep 1978. Jambo has more siblings at Twycross from his father’s side who is William born on the 30th of June 1982, Holly was born on the 27th of December 1982 and Jomar was born on the 28th of December 1990. Mongo his son who also had alopecia was undergoing a routine health check at Twycross Zoo for his goitre but failed to come round from the anaesthetic and passed away in 2016.
