Lawyers representing Prince Andrew have challenged a US court’s jurisdiction in a civil lawsuit by a woman who accused him of sexually assaulting her two decades ago, when she was 17. The lawyer, Andrew Brettler, also said Ms Giuffre appeared to have signed away her right to sue Queen Elizabeth’s second son in resolving a separate lawsuit in 2009.
