This is from the south-east of Norway and the pit is related to the lake you see in the background.
The marshes is growing together, forming new ’land’ to walk on.
The water still flow below. That’s how the trout got there.
I used a Guideline TriCast 8’6“ 3wt rod. The fly I used was made 3 days before, during some problems finding out what the trouts were eating so aggressively during hot summer days.
The code was cracked and the fly worked, aggressively.
