Russia evacuates 75,000 people on border as Ukraine continues to advance in Kursk region

Russia is evacuating more than 75,000 people in areas along the border with Ukraine, following Kyiv’s invasion of the Kursk region this week. Officials in the region say a downed Ukrainian-launched missile has injured at least 13 people after debris fell onto a residential building.
