They appear in the order Trishrachapu-(3 beats), Khandachapu (5 beats), Mishrachapu ( Viloma Mishrachapu is used here for symmetry) (7 beats in the combination 4 3) and Sankeernachapu (9 beats). The presentation starts with a brief raaga sketch, taana and a swara pallavi in Raga Mohana before moving on to the percussive exploration of the Tala (tani). During the tani, Chaturashra, Trishra, Khanda and Mishra gatis are presented by the percussive quartet.
