Russian Honey Cake Medovik Recipe

Ingredients: -honey 160g -butter 180g -baking soda 1 tsp -4 eggs -sugar 180g -flour 280g (Cream) -sour cream 500g 14% -condense milk 300g Instructions: 1. Add honey and butter in a pot 2. Heat on mid until butter melts 3. Add Baking Soda 4. Remove from heat and add into bowl to cool off 5. Add eggs and sugar into large bowl and whisk until liquid turns white color 6. Add flour and mix together so it’s thick viscosity 7. Pour onto baking pan with parchment paper 8. Place in oven to bake for 13 mins for 400f (Varys) 9. Let it cool down 10. Cut in half and half again 11. Stack on top like tower 12. Cut egdes so straight line 13. Layer with cream and stack the foundation on top each other 14. Layer the whole cake with crea
