Sorakuen - Japanese Garden, Kobe ᴴᴰ ● 相楽園 神戸

► Sorakuen is a Japanese landscape garden located in central Kobe. The garden used to be part of the residence of Kodera Kenkichi, a former mayor of Kobe, but was handed over to the City of Kobe and opened to the public in 1941. It’s a bit unusual in the way, the first part of the garden is basically a palmgrove of the “King Sago Palm“ type, commonly found in southern Kyushu and Okinawa where the climate tends to be mild. - Enjoy!
